Transcripts and Verification

The NYU transcript/permanent record lists courses which students have taken while matriculated at New York University. Courses and grades available to or held in common by the students of the three undergraduate schools ( NYU Steinhardt, Stern School of Business Undergraduate College, and the College of Arts and Science) such as the "C" or "V" courses will be listed and calculated in the student’s cumulative grade point average. Advanced standing given for coursework taken at another division of NYU will not be calculated in a student’s NYU Steinhardt cumulative grade point average. Advanced standing from previous schools (external to NYU) will appear in numerical points only (no letter grades are recorded). To request a transcript, please visit the NYU Registrar website.
