Institute for Education and Social Policy

The Institute, created in 1994 as a joint effort between the School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, and the Faculty of Arts and Science, aims to preserve and strengthen city schooling by developing and advocating bold, workable solutions to critical problems of urban schools. The Institute seeks to address problems in urban education through research, technical assistance, advocacy, information dissemination, and facilitating network building among key constituents.
